Hi Niki,

I just wanted to thank you for the brilliant service! You arrived early, made a real fuss of Belle......and she was instantly smitten with you!

I can't drive any more due to an accident, and a dog grooming service that comes straight to the door is a god send for me. Belle went into your van looking like a yeti (!) and came out looking like the Diva she truely is!

She wasn't stressed at all and was treated like a Queen. Can't praise you enough.
