We chose to use Dial a Dog Wash because we hadn't had our rescue dog Charlie very long. We didn't want to have to leave him at a groomers with strange people and other dogs around as we thought it would be too stressful for him.
The first time we met Stuart he spent some time with Charlie getting to know him whilst talking through what we wanted him to do. While Charlie is having his grooming session Stuart is happy for me to stay with him throughout. The mobile grooming van is completely self contained and always very clean and tidy. Charlie always looks great after his clip and smells lovely after his nice warm bath.
Stuart is excellent with Charlie & always patient & caring, providing a professional but friendly service.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stuart and Dial a Dog Wash to all dog owners and we would not want to use anybody else.

A big thank you to Stuart! Missy my boxer x mastiff is a former guard dog who was badly treated and has confidence / aggression issues. After discussing her background with Stuart he agreed to come and bath her and clip her nails and I have to say she was putty in his hands! A fantastic job done she is now smelling gorgeous and is so chilled out and happy looking forward to her new best friends next visit!

I found Stuart when my collie-cross, Rodney, needed to be groomed. I was originally looking for a groomer close to home as Rodney is not a good traveller and is a nightmare in the car. When I saw the Dial-a-Dog-Wash advert I decided to give it a go. Rodney is a shelter dog and has been abused in the past so has his little quirkey ways and a big trust issue. I didn't need to worry at all as Stuart was amazing with him. We've been using Stuart for over a year now and have recommended him to so many of our friends. Rodney looks and smells gorgeous after an hour in the van. If it wasn't for Stuart, Rodney would be a very hairy and whiffy woofer!!

Dial a Dog Wash, Coventry Stuart is so lovely with Buster who was terrified at the start because he is a timid border collie. Stuart reasured both Buster and I. Now buster cant wait for his visits from Stuart at Dial a dog wash. Also Stuart has given me tips on how to train Buster as Stuart is doing a dog training course. So it is thanks to Stuart that i now understand Buster better and he understands me better. I have recommend Stuart and Dial a dog wash Coventry to many of my friends and colleges

I would like to recommend Dial A dog Wash because it is such a convenient service where they come and visit you at your home. Also think that it is nicer for your dog to be the only 'client', rather than many dogs in some grooming parlours.
